Any past or present member who has rendered outstanding service to the Club may be proposed by a member of the Board for election to life membership at any Annual Meeting. Individuals must have been an active member of the Club for at least 15 years. Election to life membership requires a 2/3 vote of the members present and voting at the annual meeting. Life members are exempt from payment of dues and have the rights, privileges and duties of membership, including the rights to vote and hold office.
