Mission: To provide assistance to all GRCA clubs involved with or considering hosting a Regional or National Specialty. Assistance is provided through handbooks, aid with document preparation, coordination with GRCA, and advice/information on any of the multitude of questions/problems that arise during the planning and execution phases of these events.
